OUR STORY
Palm Beach Distillery produces its adventurous spirits on the edge of the Treasure Coast. We infuse our love for good times and great rays into every bottle we create.
IT ALL STARTED IN 2017...
Eager for a new place to set sail in her professional life, owner Summer Piep set out to create Palm Beach Distillery. An accountant by trade and a closet chemistry nerd by night, the craft spirits industry seemed to be a great fit for her know-how and passions. Plus, she's always loved sharing cocktails with good friends!
With more than 1,500 craft distilleries across the US in 2018, only about 30 of those were female owned and operated, Palm Beach Distillery is proud to have been the first female owned and operated shop in Florida. The ladies of Palm Beach Distillery do everything from developing their own products and working the loading docs to moving the latest shipments.

An explorer at heart from Idaho, owner Summer Piep founded Palm Beach Distillery. She combines her taste for the coast with her passion for chemistry to develop the most adventurous spirits possible. She has called sunny South Florida home since 2015.

Patricia can be found handing out samples of all our spirits at various events and tastings held throughout the area. Patty has lived in South Florida for most of her life and met Summer through mutual friends. In her free time, you can find her at cross-fit killing it or chilling with friends and drinking Lost Harbour Spirits, she loves them all.

Elizabeth (Beth) works the bottling line, helps prepare orders, and runs our gift shop during events. The only thing she refuses to do is operate the forklift! Beth has lived in Florida for 8 years and met Summer through their children, In her free time you can find her in the PTA room at her daughter’s school, reading, traveling, and of course, drinking Capistara on the rocks!
